Before you start

Make sure to check that your Instagram is setup correctly. You need to have

Reconnect Your Instagram Account

Follow these steps to reconnect your Instagram account to Sheer:

Step One 💻

Open your laptop or desktop and log in to your Sheer account at https://app.sheer.dk/settings/sheer_user/integrations. This will take you to your integration settings.

Step Two

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the option to reconnect your Instagram account. Click the blue “Connect with facebook” button.

Step Three

You’ll be redirected to Facebook to complete the reconnection process. Log in with the Facebook account associated with your Instagram.

Step Four

Click on the blue button Connect With Facebook and then Edit previous settings

Step Five

Choose the option Opt in to current businesses only
and select the business profile connected to your Instagram.

Step Six

Choose the option Opt in to current pages only
and select the relevant Facebook page that is linked to your Instagram.

Step Seven

Choose the option Opt in to current Instagram accounts only
and pick your Instagram Business/Creator account. This will complete the connection process.

Congratulation, you are now connected to Sheer again! 🎉🎉🎉

You should now see a green text that says Connected

🎉🎉 Congratulations! Your Instagram is now reconnected to Sheer. You should see a green checkmark next to your profile, indicating a successful reconnection. Check out our step by step loom video
